The location and spaciousness of the apartment
The noise from the streets from people partying through the night was very loud.

The warmth of the apartment. The layout, the facilities and the books of recommended restaurants.
It was very noisy of a night outside, which of course caused sleepless nights, but this was to be expected staying in the centre of the city. There was no mirror in the bedrooms for dressing, even a table mirror would have been appreciated.

GREAT LOCATION. A LOT OF ROOM.
NO ELEVATOR, 70 STEPS TO FRONT DOOR. WATER PRESSURE WAS LOW IF USING MORE THAN ONE BATHROOM.

Upon booking I received a warm and concise confirmation email, giving exact directions to the office, our apartment and other key details. As soon as we got to the office we received a lovely greeting, and the check-in process was very easy and quick. We asked about booking a taxi on our final morning, we booked a trip to Auschwitz, and we received an excellent restaurant recommendation. Having already had such a positive first impression of both Poland and My-Krakow-Apartments.com, we were thrilled when we walked in to the apartment. It was large and clean with towels, cleaning products and kitchen items all provided and in excellent order. Our whole trip was very enjoyable, and this was certainly a result of the first class service that we received from My-Krakow-Apartments.com I would recommend booking through My-Krakow-Apartments.com, and we will definitely use them again, either in Poland or in one of the other cities in which they have apartments. Thank you!

Everything about the staff to the apartment itself was fantastic. Staff went out of their way to try to get us reservations for an excursion for the next day.

Position of the flat was excellent!
TV was not working and it took two calls to find out where was the iron .

Beautifully designed interior with plenty of space - we had a toddler with us who enjoyed the space and freedom to move about the apartment. Very clever design. Wonderful location.
sometimes there was a lot of street noise from drunks etc late at night. The stairwell was scruffy and a steep climb.
